1. No one may attend any function or come in the property without being invited to our meeting. our home is not open to the general public. Please don't just show up if it's your first time Call first and ask for Information First. When you call please tell us First and ask for Details before asking for the Address.
2. A phone interview is required prior to an invitation to Be invited. The purpose of this interview is to advise everyone exactly what to expect at the meetings. we assure each person that nothing is required in our home but courtesy.
3. Select SINGLE MEN are allowed and are limited to 15 per meeting. COUPLES if you are not comfortable around single men we suggest a COUPLES ONLY CLUB. we do screen the single men and have strict rules that they must follow or they will be asked to leave. MEN NO MEANS NO ! you may not touch anyone without asking. do not follow the women around the house . do not knock or attempt to open closed doors. SINGLE MEN ARE WATCHED CAREFULLY! RESPECT IS OUR # 1 RULE. we provide a relaxed and no pressure atmosphere.
4. Single Females are allowed to attend and must complete the phone interview.
5. Heavy drinking is discouraged, remember, no one is comfortable around a drunk.
6. As a courtesy please do not ask how many people attend as we will not provide that information.
7. Drinks and food are not permitted in the private rooms.
8. No glass permitted in the Jacuzzi area. plastic cups are provided.
9. We are 420 Friendly in Designated area outside. We do not allow it in Rooms or inside the house. Please be respectful to those around you.
10. Cameras or video equipment are not permitted on the property.
11. Out of respect for other members, domestic quarrels are asked to be taken home.
12. Any conduct requiring an apology is grounds for expulsion.
13. For problems or questions of any kind, please feel free to refer to a Host.
14. Couples must leave together, when one leaves the other must also go.
15. Cell phones are not permitted inside our Home only outside in designated areas.
